Lisa Bartlett is a highly experienced leader with more than 20 years in luxury client services, food production safety management, and client relations team building. Her career reflects a deep commitment to delivering exceptional, high-standard experiences while maintaining rigorous safety and quality protocols in demanding, client-focused environments.
She holds Food Safety Manager credentials (certified in food safety management principles, including HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance standards), equipping her to oversee safe production processes, conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to health regulations, and lead teams in preventing foodborne hazards across production and service operations.
Complementing her operational expertise, Lisa earned a Master’s degree, which has strengthened her strategic capabilities in leadership, client relationship management, and organizational development.

Jasen Bartlett, MBA & Nutrition-Science Lead
Jasen is a seasoned executive with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in bio-science, business, and manufacturing operations, complemented by advanced leadership training and deep expertise in ingestible product production.
He holds an MBA from Arizona State University (ASU), along with an Executive Leadership Graduate credential from Emory University and certification as a Rapport Leadership Master Graduate. These qualifications underpin his strategic and leadership capabilities across complex, regulated industries.
With 15 years of experience in ingestible manufacturing (including supplements, functional foods, nutrition science and related products), Jasen has developed comprehensive knowledge in production processes, nutritional analysis testing, quality assurance, and compliance. He brings 10 years of co-packing experience, managing contract manufacturing partnerships, scalability, and supply chain coordination for ingestible goods.
As a certified GMP facility auditor and Food Safety Manager, he excels in ensuring regulatory adherence (e.g., FDA GMP standards, HACCP principles, and food safety protocols), conducting audits, mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards in highly regulated environments.
