By viewing the public areas of the website or by logging in to access our member account services (defined below), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. You also agree that you have read, understood and agree to the the terms and conditions of our PRIVACY POLICY. These two documents are incorporated and referenced collectively as this “Agreement”.
These terms constitute a binding legal contract between you and BoobieJuice LLC. If you DO NOT agree to any of these terms, DO NOT use this website or any of our services.
These terms govern the following services (together or separately, the “SERVICES”) provided by BoobieJuice.com:
- All orders of our breast milk freeze drying services.
- The use of all “website”, (“site”, “mobile accessible sites”, “applications” or “apps”)
- Your use of our physical breast milk drop off location.
- Your use of any promotions offered by BoobieJuice.com
Communications:
By creating an ACCOUNT on our website, you agree to subscribe to communication from BoobieJuice.com including order notifications, newsletter promotions, marketing and shipping/receiving notifications. You may unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe link in the communication at any time.
Accounts:
By create an account with BoobieJuice.com you agree that you are past the age of majority and a legal adult in your jurisdiction. You agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us of any un-authorized use of your account.
Termination:
We reserve the right to reuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and or cancel orders in our sole discretion. You may also request to delete your account by reaching out to ilove@boobiejuice.com
Purchases:
If you choose to purchase any product or service made available through our website, you agree to provide relevant information required including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, your shipping address and any require security codes to complete the transaction. We will empty the use of a third party services for the purpose of facilitating payments and compliance of payments. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide this information through secure methods to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason including but not limiting to product or service availability, description errors, pricing errors, discount code errors our any error in your order. We will cancel any ordered deemed fraudulent or unauthorized and account will be closed permanently. In the case of fraud, we also reserve the right to provide all required information as request by local authorities, merchant processors and banking institutes.
Shipping:
BoobieJuice Shipping kits typically ship same business day when orders are placed before 4:00pm MST. Delivery of the kit is 1-5 business days depending on your location. Overnight return labels are included in all kits. Final return products are shipped via return ground and take 1-5 business days depending on where you live. Shipping rates range from $59-$300+ depending on your location and can be found in cart or at checkout for you City/State. Additional charges may apply to PO Box Shipments. We utilize Nano-cool insulated coolers. Please follow all shipping and packaging requirements to properly return ship the nano-cool inside its brown shipper box. Shipping the insulated cooler on its own may result in charges to replace the insulated cooler. Shipping outside of our shipping instruction may also result in damages to the shipper and melting of the milk during transport. Quality Assurance:
BoobieJuice.com maintains stringent quality assurance protocols to ensure safe and high quality services. To ensure we maintain the highest quality of safety and product satisfaction we will not process any breast milk that fails to meet the criteria for safe processes as determined by BoobieJuice’s processing standards:
Processing Standards:
- Breast milk must be stored in approved sterile milk storage bags.
- Breast milk must be delivered or shipped in accordance with BoobieJuice packaging and shipping standards.
- Breast milk must be a temperature of 32F or below at time of receipt.
- The breast milk storage bags do no have any visible punchers, leaks, rips or tears.
Should the Customer’s breast milk fail to meet our Processing Standards for any reason determined by BoobieJuice’s assessment, the Customer will be notified and that portion will be discard in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Warranty Disclaimer:
- Customer are solely responsible for the proper safety and handling of their breast milk supplies, packing of their breast milk, sealing and freezing of their breast milk following safe handling protocols including not using thawed and re-frozen breast milk.
- BoobieJuice is not responsible or liable for any damages or liability arising from transportation issues including but not limited to lost, delayed or other unforeseen incidents related to the transportation or shipping of frozen breast milk to BoobieJuice.
- Customer accepts all risk of loss in the event of failure to properly package and transport or ship the breast milk to BoobieJuice.
- All use of the BoobieJuice services are at the customer’s own risk.
- Please read all directions of product use before consuming.
- BoobieJuice has made all efforts to display its service and products as accurate as possible. BoobieJuice information present on our website or on other websites may contain technical errors or omissions and BoobieJuice is not responsible for any type, technical or pricing errors.
- BoobieJuice does not add or subtract any ingredients to supplied breast milk provided by client. It is the parents responsibility to properly follow safe collection, storage and transportation instructions of frozen breast milk. BoobieJuice llc or any of its members are not held responsible for any misuse or issue that arise from use.
- Clients that are ill, have breast or nipple wounds when collecting breast milk may contaminate their breast milk stored in pouches. Client must be earnest when collecting and submitting frozen breast milk to BoobieJuice llc for processing as client may then receive back pouches with their own contamination.
- BoobieJuice returns 1:1 all breast milk sent in for processing to the client. No breast milk is retained.
- Client will want to review the chronobacteria formula protection recommendation for pre-mature and weakened immunity infants and boil water to 158f | 70c prior to preparing.
Prohibited Use:
By using BoobieJuice Services, Customers agree that:
- Customers are legal adults and past the age of majority in their jurisdiction and has the power to enter into binding contracts and is not barred from doing so.
- They are using the BoobieJuice Service and or products inline with all local, national or international laws.
- Customer provide breast milk is only for personal use with customers own child, biological, surrogate or legally adopted children.
- At no time will Customers use the BoobieJuice service for the purpose to harm or exploit minors in anyway.
- Customer will not use BoobieJuice service for any illegal selling, swapping or donating of your powdered breast milk.
- Customers will not attempt to interfere with the proper working of any BoobieJuice Systems or Services.
Recurring Payments and Subscriptions:
Some products and services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscription(s) will be billed in advanced on a recurring cycle “Billing Cycle”. Billing cycles are set up on either monthly or annual basis. Depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will be automatically processed and “renewed” under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or BoobieJuice cancels it. You may cancel your subscription through your account online or by contacting BoobieJuice customer Support. ilove@boobiejuice.com
All subscription must have a valid payment method and all required information as defined in the “Purchases” section. By submitting your information as outlined in “Purchases” you authorize BoobieJuice to charge all subscription payments. Should payments fail, you will be notified by BoobieJuice Customer Support to proceed with manual payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Promotions, Coupons, Discounts and Trials:
BoobieJuice may offer discounts, promotions and trials for limited time periods. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for a trials, discounts or promotions. By providing your information to BoobieJuice you agree to the Terms of Service and may cancel the offering at anytime. In the case of discounted or free subscription offerings, your account will not be billed until the conclusion of the free offer. Once the free trial period is concluded, your subscription will continue with applicable fees unless canceled prior to the conclusion of the trial period. At any time without notice, BoobieJuice reserves the right to modify the terms of service of the discounts, promotions and trials or cancel these offerings at anytime without notice. Coupons, discounts and promotions must be applied at time of checkout and will not be applied to previous purchase. Coupons can not be used in combination with other discounts or offers. Coupon coded in error with be canceled. Coupon codes are not valid on custom discount multi-shipper orders. Coupon code do not stack or multiply. Message ilove@boobiejuice.com for more information.
Subscription Pricing Changes:
BoobieJuice may modify the subscription fees at its sole discretion at anytime. Any updated Subscription fee changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. BoobieJuice will provide you with prior notice of any changes in your subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before any changes become effective.
Should you continue the use of our services after Subscription fees change, you agree to the modified payment of the subscription amount.
Refunds:
Our top priority is providing a high quality and safe product. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like a refund at any time, please let us know and we will process your request. Order processing fees may apply due to non-refundable merchant service fees. Order cancelation require return shipping of Nano-Cool insulated cooler. Any unreturned coolers will be charged for and any used shipping. All sales are final on gift cards. Cancelled Appointments:
If you would like to cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to appointment time to cancel. For cancelled appointments, order processing fees may apply due to non-refundable merchant service fees. Same Day Appointment cancelations are non-refundable. We understand emergency happen. You may re-schedule your appointment time by calling/texting 602-456-1492 or emailing ilove@boobiejuice.com. We reserve a 1 hour appointment window for your drop off. Should timings change, please call/text/email.

BoobieJuice complies with all applicable laws and regulation concerning the safe handling of human milk and guidelines set forth by institutions like the Human Milk Banking Association of North America and the State of Arizona. BoobieJuice uses strict quality control protocols while handling of Customers Breast Milk and processed powered. BoobieJuice can not guarantee the safety of the product provided that was expressed by the customer and issues that arise from the express product as provided by the customer. By purchasing services from BoobieJuice, the customer agrees to indemnify, and hold all of BoobieJuice LLC and respective employees, contractors, provides, directors or agent harmless agains any and all claims, damages or cost that may arise directly or indirectly from customers use of the BoobieJuice service in breach or violation of any and all terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Great State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court. The provisions of these terms will remain in effect and of us as a sovereign entity. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede or replace any prior agreement that might have been made regarding services.
Changes to Services:
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services or content at anytime. We will not be liable for any reason if service is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. We also may restrict access to some or all services to users at any time.
Amendments to Terms:
We may amend terms of service at anytime without prior written notice. It is the users responsibility to review terms periodically. By continuing to use this platform, you agree to all amendment made to agreements you are bound too.
Waiver and Severability:
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from BoobieJuice for BoobieJuice. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with BoobieJuice. BoobieJuice reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. BoobieJuice also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from BoobieJuice again, just sign up as you did the first time and BoobieJuice will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
