Refunds and Cancellations 

At BoobieJuice, we are committed to the quality and safety of your baby’s nutrition. Your satisfaction and your baby’s health are our top priorities.

Order Cancellations

Shipping box cancellations are accepted prior to shipping and will be refunded less merchant processing fees and any handling fees occurred. Once an order is shipped, refunds are less merchant processing, Handling fees, and any prepaid shipping. Insulated coolers must be returned within 30 days or replacement fees may occur. Please call/text 602-456-1492 to request cancelations

Local Drop offs may be canceled with a 24hour notices and will be refunded less merchant processing fees. Same day scheduling is non-refundable and may be rescheduled for a later date. All scheduled drop offs may be rescheduled as needed.

Order Shipping

All pre-paid shipping expenses that are generated are non-refundable. We are not liable for shipments shipped outside of our specified overnight shipping days and shipments that do not follow our shipping instructions. We will not issue refunds on orders that do not adhere to our specified shipping instructions and replacement costs of insulated coolers may apply.

Shipping Kit Or Freeze Dried Powder Delivery Issues

While these issues are very rare, they may occur. If your insulated shipper or Freeze Dried powdered box is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local carrier app/website first. They will list photos and drop locations. Carrier Mobile apps also allow for real time tracking and delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, please notify us so we can assist in finding the shipping kit and filing a finder request with the carrier.

Nutritional Testing

All sales are final on gift cards and nutritional testing.
We do not offer returns or refunds on nutritional testing shipping kits and any pre-paid shipping associated with Testing kits. Please order accordingly.

Service Pro-rating

Shipping kits offer specific pro-rating requirements. Please refer to your selected shipping kit to learn more. Specific pouch minimum sizes are required. Order pro-rating refunds occur when the order is completed and final inspections occur.

Damaged Boxes

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Please contact our support team at ilove@boobiejuice.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Documentation Required: To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • Photographs of the damaged Box from all sides and the condition of the shipping packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will work with you to provide a solution and work with the carrier for any claim filings. You may request additional coverage for package shipping, contact us for more information for carrier liability coverage.
